After 25 years of working across many industries and F500 companies, I’ve walked in the shoes of my clients trying to manage their careers and businesses.
Having faced my own career challenges (demons!) with office politics, plateauing, bad leaders and difficult people, I have first hand experience on what I coach others on. After years of solely focusing on my corporate job, I found the courage take the leap to prioritize my calling for career coaching and I start my own practice.
My coaching style blends + discipline and accountability from my finance and strategy days, +compassion from my managerial roles, + an understanding of human behavior and motivation from my customers research roles.
I guide my clients to find what they really care about and how they want to show up in their lives and careers. This helps them stay motivated through the hurdles to focus on what they need to do to be successful. It’s my honor to be a part of so many career journeys.
